About the Beads and Jewelry
All lampwork beads featured here are hand made by me in my studio in Redondo Beach, California. I use Moretti/Effetre, Vetrofond, Lauscha, and german furnace glass as well as some silver rich specialty glasses made here in the US. All my beads are annealed, inspected, and cleaned for your immediate use and pleasure.
Jewelry is always hand made by me using quality silver findings, Swarovski crystals, seed beads, and/or fibers & ribbons.
Photos are taken using a light tent, halogen "true color" lighting and natural light. All moniters are different and yours may not show colors as I see them. If you have any questions at all about the color you see in the photos please contact me.
Ordering and Shipping info
Paypal payments are gladly accepted. If you are uncomfortable about placing an order on-line, do not have/want a Paypal account or prefer to pay with check or MO please contact me.
Paypal is set up to charge $10 for shipping on purchases up to $200. I only charge actual shipping fees and any overages will be refunded back to your Paypal account.
Purchases will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment received (or in the case of MO or check, when payment has cleared). I ship USPS Priority Mail w/Delivery Confirmation.
Sales Tax
California residents will be charged sales tax of 8.25%
Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase I will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping fees. Please contact me before returning anything, so I know to be expecting the package. Items should be returned in the same manner as they were received.
